Springhouse is located in the Jamaica Plain area of Boston, across from the Faulkner Hospital and within walking distance of the Arnold Arboretum and public transportation. Springhouse is a not-for-profit community located on 13 acres of conservation land.

We are within minutes of the Chestnut Hill Mall, Brookline and Newton are our closest neighboring town/cities.

Woodside, our independent living offers a variety of apartment sizes and styles including studios, one-bedrooms, one-bedrooms with den, two-bedrooms, and two-bedrooms with den. Each apartment is beautifully appointed; some offer a balcony or patio. Prices start at $192,940 for our 90 percent refund plan. The monthly fees begin at $2,670.00 for a single occupant, plus $900 for an additional resident. This is a 90% entrance fee community.

Our Assisting Living, Ledgemont, studio, one-bedroom and three-room suite apartments offer privacy, independence and gracious living in a friendly atmosphere with a full complement of services to enhance well being. When company is desired, the wide range of Springhouse activities, cultural programs and social events offers the opportunity to socialize.

Because Ledgemont apartments are offered on a rental basis, residents are able to enjoy our full range of services and amenities through a simple monthly fee. Apartments range in size from 335 to 700 square feet and prices start at $5,930.00 a month. A one-time community fee of $5000, is due prior to move-in.

Allen House, memory support community, offers residential living within a specially designed, secure living environment for persons with Alzheimer’s disease or similar memory loss. Our specially trained care providers support each resident’s existing capabilities while reaffirming dignity and self-esteem. Daily activities are based on the concept of creating pleasant days. Monthly fees at Allen House start at $7,950.00. This amount includes three meals daily and snacks, personal assistance, housekeeping and laundry.

Assisted living and memory support monthly fees at Springhouse Senior Living are all inclusive: three meals a day, medication reminders, housekeeping, linen and personal laundry, transportation to medical appointments and participation in daily recreational and wellness programs in our fitness center.
