St. Charles Community

St. Charles Community is sponsored by the Sisters of Notre Dame. We have been serving the Senior population for well over 50 years. St. Charles began as a Skilled Nursing facility and now provides many levels of care to the seniors in our community. These levels include independent living in our Cottages and Lodge, Personal Care in our Homestead, Adult Day Care in Charlie’s Club, out patient therapy in Silver Strides and in-home help through our St. Charles At Home Program. We are well known in our community as providing genuine personalized care to all those we serve. Our independent living offers the ideal balance of independence and security,knowing that help is available if and when it is needed. Charlie’s Club is designed to meet the needs of seniors and to serve as a day time respite for primary caregivers. Funding options are available to those who qualify to attend the program.
