Sunrise is a high quality adult family home providing 24/7 care that is an alternative to assisted living or nursing home. Respite care and night time awake care available. Targeted care : Levels 3-5.

Serenity throughout your day in the numerous private enclaves in and outside of the house. Your greatest challenge will be which special spot to enjoy your tranquility and share special moments with your loved ones- the patios and bedrooms overlook the water ways.

The serene environment, perfect rain or shine, is designed to meet the physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs of residents, family members and friends. Dog run available.

CUSTOM HOME
The 5 acre Sunrise facility, grounds and furnishings were completed this year. Two story house with platform lift. Each spacious room is quiet and modern. Nicely appointed living rooms.

MEDICAL SUPPORT
Sunrise AFH is an oasis in Brinnon, WA –near South County Medical Clinic in Quilcene. The home is served by Jefferson County Home Health’s nurses, physical, occupational, and speech therapists. Helipad at the bottom of the hill for 5 minute emergency evacuation to Seattle hospitals. Fire station/ medics less than two miles away.

24-HOUR AVAILABILITY
A careful assessment is done of each resident’s needs to ensure we are appropriately staffed. Security throughout the house- motion, bed and chair alarms to ensure safety all day long. Call buttons

MANAGEMENT
Tricia, our on-site manager, provides daily oversight and care of your loved ones. She is commended by families and residents for her compassion and knowledge from over 15 years of experience. Along with Emma, another onsite caregiver, this dynamic and experienced team has a proven track record of meeting complex care needs. They are sure to meet and exceed your expectations.

MEMORY CARE, RESPITE, HOSPICE
With our experienced RN, Kassi on staff, health care needs are safely attended to in a tranquil, comfortable family atmosphere. Qualified and compassionate caregivers assist with activities of daily living in a respectful and professional manner while helping each resident to remain as independent as possible. Families are encouraged to visit at any time and we invite all families to attend our family dinners.
