The current plans at Tarrrytowne is to make it a flagship property.
Our grounds are being meticulously landscaped; the main building is being remodeled with new lighting fixtures, carpet, and furniture.
The apartments are being redesigned with recessed lighting, kitchen islands, new showers, sinks and flooring.
All of these upgrades won’t increase our current rates. We plan to remodel one entire building consisting of 30 apartment homes starting in August.
