The Cottages at Woodland Terrace
The Cottages at Woodland Terrace is a gated, luxury patio home community specially designed for seniors. Located in Milledgeville, Georgia, The Cottages are just a one and a half hour drive from Atlanta. If your parents are tired of running around in the rat race and want to settle down a bit, our cottages may be just the thing they are looking for. The Cottages are available on a 12-month lease. Each cottage provides everything a senior could need: security system in each unit; 36-inch wide doors; levers instead of knobs; raised toilets and counter tops; zero entry thresholds; built-in garage; attic storage and lots of closet space. Everyone knows that a feeling of community is highly important to a healthy lifestyle. The Cottages at Woodland Terrace are designed to feel like a neighborhood. Seniors can walk their pets in the evening with their friends, throw a party, invite relatives over for a visit, or take part in one of our many weekly activities.
