The Heritage at Westover Hills Assisted Living and Memory Care

The Heritage at Westover Hills is San Antonio’s newest assisted living and memory care community, located in the coveted Westover Hills area and located across from Sea World at Wiseman and Rogers Roads. We offer a progressive, holistic approach to Assisted Living and Memory Support and include each resident as partners in their own care plans and decisions. Traditions at The Heritage, our Memory Care program, is designed to promote engagement on a level appropriate to each resident throughout the day and night. Our Seven Dimensions of Wellness are the cornerstone against which we base comprehensive, customized care and programming, developed after extensive work with each resident and their family members. We offer unique partnering programs not seen in other assisted living communities, including Concierge Medicine, a Board of Advisors, and the One Week University. We also offer a full Pet Care Program for seniors who want their furry friends to remain with them but require daily support to keep the pet happy and healthy. We don’t want to see seniors simply surviving, we help them learn to thrive! The Heritage at Westover Hills is scheduled to open in Fall 2016 and features 84 total apartments, including 52 Assisted Living and 32 Memory Care residences. Assisted Living apartment sizes include Studio, One Bedroom and Two Bedroom apartments ranging between 330 and 670 square feet. Traditions Memory Care offers four sizes of Studio apartments along with companion living options. We also offer a fully furnished Respite apartment in Assisted Living, perfect for the senior who is recovering from a hospital stay or for those who simply wish to try us out before making a decision to move in on a longer term basis.
