The Manor House Independent and Enriched Care

Located in the heart of Batavia, NY, The Manor House provides apartment style living for seniors who are Independent or need an assisted level of Enriched Care. The Manor House was built in 1997, with 2 additions in 2009. We are licensed and regulated by NYS Department of Health. Our privately owned senior living community offers the personalized touch and attention you should expect for yourself or your loved one.

Apartment styles include: studio, 1 bedroom, and 2 bedrooms. Each features a kitchen or kitchenette, large windows, ample closet space, handicap accessible bathrooms, and individually controlled HVAC. The community offers an on-site Hair Salon, Chapel, Theater Room, Library, and a private dining room or open cafe area for those special family events – just to mention a few public spaces.

The Manor House is surrounded by conveniences such as shopping, banking, doctor offices, local hospital, specialty clinics, library, restaurants, and entertainment. Transportation to medical or personal appointments can be arranged 5 days/week.

All Residents, Independent & Enriched Care, can expect:
? 3 meals a day, served restaurant style
? 24 hour security staff & secured exterior doors
? Emergency call system in each apartment
? Housekeeping & bed linen change service weekly
? An active lifestyle & social events
? Transportation for medical & personal appointments locally
? Grab bars in bathrooms for safety

Enriched Care Residents will additionally receive:
? LPN to oversee the Enriched Care Program
? Resident care aides on duty 24/7/365
? Assistance with bathing, grooming and hygiene
? Medication & prescription management
? Coordination of care with physicians, dentist or specialty Drs

Activities abound 7 days per week with games, cards, Wii Bowling, musical performances, movies, art projects and much, much more!!
