Its staff are highly skilled and compassionate, from the activities bus driver and activity director to the nurses and resident care aides. Staff are guided by an Administrator and Assistant Administrator and nurses by a Director and Assistant Director of Nursing. A nurse is on call around the clock and personnel are trained in caring for those with dementia.
