The Residence at Brookside

Located minutes from historic downtown Avon, our brand new community is nestled on beautiful farmland, boasting easy proximity to great shopping, houses of worship, and all of the wonderful cultural and recreational attractions in the area.

Our dining room offers “Anytime Dining” from 7am-7pm, a Bistro for lighter fare is open from 10am-1pm. There are numerous common areas including a full-service salon, a media room, library, sunroom and country kitchen.

We are excited to be collaborating with McLean Hospital, The Center for Brain/Mind Medicine and The Center for Alzheimer’s Research and Treatment at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Harvard Medical School, which enables us to provide the best in purposeful programming and lifestyle interventions to promote healthy cognitive and brain aging throughout our community. It also empowers us to have our finger on the pulse of advancements in dementia treatment, new diagnostic techniques, and innovative non-pharmacological interventions and programming initiatives. As well, we will have access to their clinicians and their studies, provide the community-at-large and family members with educational opportunities, and conduct specialized employee training.

Also, our Resident Care Director ensures a personalized care plan is created and monitored for each resident with the goal of keeping them strong and healthy for years to come.
