The Waterford at Carpenter’s Creek offers Independent and Assisted Living services in the picturesque Panhandle city of Pensacola. Our senior living community has been serving residents and families in the area for almost 30 years. We offer a warm, friendly, supportive environment for residents and we’re staffed 24 hours a day. We are proud to have earned a “Deficiency Free” State Survey in February 2018.

Sometimes it just takes a helping hand, and our caring and professional staff is here to provide just the right amount of help. Our licensed nursing and 24-hour caregiving staff can help with medication management, bathing, dressing and grooming. Our housekeeping staff provide weekly cleaning and laundry services. This leaves plenty of time for our residences to enjoy life-enriching activities, including exercise, music, outings, bingo, bunco, dominoes and more!

For the benefit of our Independent Living and Assisted Living residents, we offer an array of thoughtful amenities, including a beautifully landscaped courtyard and surroundings where residents are welcome to walk and enjoy the pleasant year-round weather. Individual apartments are equipped with kitchenettes, walk-in closets and spacious bathrooms with walk-in showers and safety-assist hand railings.

During downtime, seniors can read a book from our well-stocked library, watch the big game in our lounge area with big-screen TV or perfect a sonata on our grand piano.

Our community offers three restaurant-style meals daily, and a variety of popular local restaurants are nearby as well. Since our community is staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week, friends and family members of residents can be assured that their loved ones are always in considerate hands.
