The care may be as minimal as medication reminders, assistance with bathing, dressing, etc., but may also be to stay with a resident 24 hours a day.

All apartments and villas have granite counter tops, full size appliances in the kitchen and laundry room, tiled kitchen and bathrooms, wall to wall carpet, window treatments and a balcony or patio with access from the living room and bedroom. Most units also have dual thermostats for the comfort of the residents.
