Vista del Lago is a memory care community located in a quiet residential community in the historic city of Escondido, San Diego County, California.

Our staff provides a nurturing, caring environment for all of our residents, encouraging those with Alzheimer’s or dementia to stay active. Numerous planned activities are available that will give these residents a sense of accomplishment and make them feel proud of what they did in the various activities. We will not only work with each resident using a personalized care plan, but we will get to know them at a personal level in order to better care for them. By learning about their past memories, hobbies, and daily routine, we will be able to provide activities that they will enjoy and will encourage them to reminisce over fond memories.
