Wellstone House

The Wellstone House is a 12 bed assisted living facility located approximately 10 minutes from the Manchester area. During a typical day at Wellstone we have two — three licensed nursing assistant and / or personal care assistants on staff, nursing available 24 hours a day, physical, occupational, speech therapy, and podiatry services available, and our own hairdresser. We also have a Registered Nurse that visit the residents regularly in the home. Our staff is always available to assist the residents with activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, grooming, assistance in the bathroom, housekeeping, laundry services, socialization and meals. We have scheduled activities every day and also ensure that the residents are taking their medicines as prescribed. All of the entry / exit doors are alarmed.

Because we have the capacity or only 12 residents we re able to provide our residents personalized attention that you do not get in bigger facilities. The Wellstone House really is ‘home’.
