Adult Foster Care with a Flair

I own a level three adult foster care home, licensed by Washington County. We are Located off Farmington Rd in Beaverton. I accept both private pay, and medicaid eligible residents.

I have 21 years worth of experience caring for the frail, elderly and mentally ill people, including 8 years in Germany.

I provide high quality, loving care with home cooked, tasty meals, age appropriate activities of daily living. We also have a covered deck and also room for gardening in the backyard.

A nurse practitioner is available onsite within 24 hours. I will accept male and female residents. I must have a personal interview with any prospective resident before accepting any resident.

My home has two full bathrooms that are shared with others. We have a pleasant living room with television and activities for everyone.

I currently have two openings and would appreciate any referrals for seniors or disabled persons over 21 years of age in need of a family oriented home placement.
