Anaheim Hills Home Care is a residential care facility where we are committed to providing our residents with quality care and comfort as they enjoy their golden years. Administered and Owned by a Registered Nurse for 34 years experience in patient care. We are licensed as a dementia care and hospice, AHHC is located in the quiet suburbs of Anaheim Hills, comfortably tucked away in our cozy cul-de-sac home. We have a large family room and living room, both complete with cable TV and wide view of the backyard garden. During the warmer months of summer residents can enjoy garden picnic days, taking lunches out on the patio, among the flowers and various flora we personally cultivate.
