Arden Courts of Tampa

Arden Courts of Tampa is a one-level, freestanding memory care community that specializes individuals  living with Alzheimer’s disease or dementia condition in a community home-like setting.

After five years of careful investigation with dementia expert, we established and we organized our community. Our building features takes into account  every detail of an individual’s life with Alzheimer’s or memory impairment that hard to recognize, we enable residents to be well oriented and remain safe while living their independence and self-esteem.

Through our analysis, we have created success-oriented activities that are carefully planned and structured, organized by trained professionals and working 10 hours a day. Our programming and personalized service help each Arden Courts resident maintain their best level of independence and promotes their sense of well lifestyle.

Our company does not have any chargers for levels of care. Our monthly fee is all-inclusive. We are private pay but we also offer long term care insurance, VA Aid & Attendant benefits and the Sunshine Plan under Medical Diversion Plan (for those applicable)

Our community has 24 hour on-site nurse to offer assistance, our all-inclusive pricing simplifies budgeting in all levels of care.

We are the first ever national company to provide the Namaste Care programming for our lovely residents.

We also offer same-day assessments in home, hospital of physician’s office; 24/7 move in capability, educational seminars and support groups for caregivers and staff to continue education presentations for healthcare professionals.
