Avendelle Assisted Living Fuquay

Avendelle Assisted Living Fuquay is located in a beautiful neighborhood, The Avalon Springs, in Fuquay Varina, NC. Our home is designed to provide a warm, homelike living environment where residents feel like a home away from home. One huge difference at The Haven at Fuquay is the attention that each resident receives. The home is licensed for only 6 residents where each resident has a personalized care plan. We also have a low caregiver-to-resident ratio, and that allows our caregivers to respond to a resident’s request quickly.

Our healthcare services include, medication administration, visiting physicians via Doctor Making House Calls, visiting therapist, RN on call.

In addition to medtech and CNA staff, we have pharmacist in our home to provide medication therapy management for our residents. The pharmacist will review residents medications, and provide pharmacotherapy consults, and work with doctors and family to make sure our residents get the best benefits from their medications.
