Bloomfield Forum is a fully independent living community providing security, social opportunities, eleven different floor plans and a complement of amenities – located in the heart of Omaha!
Bloomfield Forum a locally owned non-profit corporation that is democratically governed by an elected Board of Directors comprised of residents and sponsor members. Our Board is unique in that the residents themselves shape the community where they live. They hold five of the seven Board seats with Bloomfield’s sponsor organization holding the other two.
Bloomfield Forum is proud to have The Nebraska Medical center sponsor our lovely community. The Nebraska Medical Center has a reputation for excellence, innovation and extraordinary patient care.
