Blue Haven RCF – Dallas is a beautiful 16 bed secured facility, recently renovated (finished, December, 2015), located in Dallas, Oregon. Our secured facility is ideal for seniors with Alzheimer’s and other related dementia. Our building has beautiful patios where residents can six and relax while enjoying the view of our breathtaking landscape. We are pleased to offer private apartments, as well as private restrooms, so residents are comfortable in an intimate setting, have an individualized feel of home. We have a 24 hour supervision policy in place, so rest assured that your loved one is well taken care of. Our attentive staff at Blue Haven RCF – Dallas, are always pleased to assist with bathing, grooming, housekeeping, laundry, medicine, mobility and other needs. Our activity program director has a program in place that keeps our residents active and engaged. Our activities are varied, and tailored to the needs of each individual. We provide an on staff registered nurse who helps manage and monitor the health care of the residents. Three well balanced meals are provided daily, and enriched with snacks. Alternatives are provided for residents on restrictive diets. Blue Haven RCF – Dallas is very affordable, and we accept month to month tenancy.
