Trinity Village is a leader in senior living offering a complete spectrum of care and lifestyle choices on a single campus. Upon entering, healthy adults can reside independently in an apartment. When assistance with everyday activities becomes necessary, they move into assisted living. When health issues arise necessitating skilled nursing service or after a hospital stay our skilled and rehabilitation services are readily available.

Trinity Village provided the option to live in one location, with much of their future care already figured out. This can provide a great level of comfort to both parents and children and take much of the stress out of the caregiving relationship.

Independent Living Apartments
If you want to maintain an independent lifestyle, but enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of a senior community, this is the place for you. Our community is about choice and convenience. Our Senior Living community is spacious with well-appointed living areas so that our resident can live how they want to live.

To encourage an environment of fun, our Life Enrichment Director is available to facilitate a variety of regularly scheduled activities and special planned events to encourage a sense of camaraderie within our Senior Living Community.

Our neighborhood beautifully balances out privacy, safety, and security. Our community has easily accessible activity and dining room to encourage social interaction, as well as active involvement, and also contains continuous walkways indoors and out to provide easy transitions throughout our spaces.

Rehabilitation and Wellness
Our specialized treatment programs address many common health conditions. They have been developed around medical research using proven rehabilitation procedures. Our staff provides innovative treatment approaches to assist patients in returning home to a normal lifestyle. our rehabilitation professionals work as a team to provide comprehensive therapy services in a caring, home-like environment.

Skilled Nursing
It may be hard to imagine needing skilled nursing care, but there may come a time when you or a loved one needs 24-hour care.

Ventilator Care Center
We are one of the only available ventilator programs in Wisconsin. Our team of licensed respiratory therapist are on-site 24-hours a day, seven days a week and are able to handle complex respiratory patients-including ventilator, CPAP and BiPAP. We also have a successful ventilator liberation program with the goal of sending patients back to their homes with a better quality of life.

Respite Care
Respite care is available for caregivers who need a ‘respite.’ Trinity will care for their loved ones so they can get away for a vacation or if they simply need a break from the daily caregiver role.
