Brookdale Grand Terrace

Brookdale Grand Terrace offers assisted living and memory care in the Inland Empire area. Our community is located in a residential neighborhood nearby the Santa Ana River. We are located on higher ground giving us a beautiful view of the area.

Play a game of billiards with friends, watch your favorite movie in the TV room or read a book in our library, at Brookdale Grand Terrace there is something for everyone. We offer a variety of activities and social programs, including:

  Our community offers 87 senior apartments with three floor plans on both floors. Most units have kitchenettes and a small refrigerator, two closets and a private bathroom with a step in shower. Our full range of assisted living services are designed to help our residents maintain or improve their health, so they live as independently as possible.

  At Brookdale Grand Terrace we use a state-of-the-art computerized assessment system, called the Vigilan Resident Evaluation Program (VREP). VREP helps our staff ensure we are meeting each individuals needs by accurately evaluating, predicting and monitoring the assisted living services provided to each resident.
