Brookdale Parkplace offers independent living, assisted living, and Alzheimer’s and dementia care options in Denver, Colorado. We are located just across the street from a lovely park and near many other parks, restaurants, shops and golf courses.

Our charming multiple floor building recently underwent renovations by redesigning apartments and remodeling our dining rooms and common areas. The building is easy to navigate and features 14 different floorplans, ranging from 625-969 square feet for our independent living residents, and 281- 918 square feet for our assisted living residents.

Admire the panoramic view of the Denver skyline from our 18th floor Skyline room, go for a swim in our swimming pool or enjoy a good book from our library, at Brookdale Parkplace there is truly something for everyone. We offer a variety of amenities and activities, including:
