Brookdale Ravenna

Brookdale Ravenna provides both assisted living and memory care for those with Alzheimer’s or other dementias. We are located at the north end of the small town of Ravenna in northeastern Ohio. We are a small single level community with many amenities and services to offer seniors in our area.

  We provide many types of care services to ensure your health and comfort. We offer onsite rehabilitation with visiting therapists, assistance with grooming and hygiene as well as medication management. In case of emergency or serious illness, Robinson Memorial Hospital is less than one mile away.
