Brookdale Seward Heartland Park

Brookdale Seward Heartland Park is located east of Lincoln, Nebraska and we provide independent and assisted living services to seniors in the greater Seward County area. Seward is famous for its large and popular Fourth of July celebration and it is a favorite time of year for our residents and their families.
