Brookdale Shawnee

Brookdale Shawnee is a well-respected memory care community in Shawnee, Kansas that provides quality care for seniors with Alzheimer’s or dementia.

We are a secure community with three neighborhoods that consist of 18 apartments each. Our single-story community allows seniors to move about the building with ease, and all of our outdoor areas are secure and enclosed. Our community is designed around a village concept and includes an ice cream parlor, cafe, town hall, beauty salon and connecting indoor walking paths.

Our staff is well trained and highly qualified to handle the changing day-to-day needs of those with memory issues. Daily life activities are tailored to each resident’s needs and interests and include:

We have easy access to Shawnee Mission Medical Center in case of emergency or serious illness.
