Chaucer Estates offers apartments for the young-at-heart and our residents love it here. Our community was built in 1998 and is managed by the family-owned company Senior Lifestyle Corporation. The number of smiles you see in the hall and dining area show just how happy our family is.

Located in the Northeast section of Wichita, we are right behind the Super Target, Hobby Lobby and Cabela’s and just off the K96 exit. You can get to almost anywhere in Wichita within 30 minutes.
