Clackamas Adult Care Home is an assisted living community located in beautiful Mt. Talbert neighborhood. Mihaela Ion BSN, CRRN is the provider and owner of the house. She has over 13 years of experience as a registered nurse and worked in acute care, nursing homes and acute inpatient rehabilitation services. She is providing direct care and oversight of the business.
We have residents that have Alzheimer Disease, neurological disease, Diabetes Mellitus, cardiac problems, cancer and other diseases. Clackamas ACH connects with other agencies for the interest of our residents like home health and hospice. In our home we like to provide an holistic approach to care with home made organic foods. We plant each year our tomato garden and offer fresh fruits and vegetables to our residents.Healthy nutrition ensures better life quality. Each room has access to cable and wireless access. We have a call light system that our residents use to get their needs known. Our caregivers and certified and passed the criminal background check. Besides the activities of daily living, we like to engage our residents into other activities for fun that will stimulate their cognition and physical activity.
