Columbine Chateau Assisted Living

Columbine Chateau Assisted Living is a small community with 24 hours assisted care and support for seniors that is located in Pueblo West, CO.  We pride ourselves in providing our senior residents with more one-on-one care and services so they can have a better quality of life and for being more of a family home for them. We are able to have a higher ratio of staff per senior resident that is more individualized care, aside from other assisted living facilities in the community. We also offer outings to local events, restaurants, shopping trips and transportation to doctor appointments. We have 3 activities daily that highly encourage the senior residents to get involved in. We treat and welcome each senior resident as a part of our family, we serve and prepare fresh and made from scratch meals for them. This is their home, they invited us to care for them everyday. We are very pleased to be part of their lives.
