We are unique. With gorgeous mountain views in a parklike setting, our large 6,600 sq ft home has 7 bedrooms yet is small enough to allow staff to hear your loved one. We assure frequent rounds so we continuously know each residents whereabouts. Residents wear an emergency assistance pendant which can be heard throughout the building when pushed for help. Our assisted living license is for 12 residents with a Hospice waiver for 6, allowing for palliative services if & when needed. The intimate size allows more oversight & customized care by professional & loving LVN, caregivers and med techs, assuring timely & clear communication with doctors and other health care professionals. In depth oversight of medication management is constant while reviewing the use and efficacy of drugs with our contracted pharmacist and pharmacy services provider. Home health care is available by outside agencies if needed. Activities are innovative and individually-tailored, highlighting resident preferences and abilities. Exercises, backyard walking path, games,entertainment, visiting restaurants and cultural events, and lots of one-on-one time assures each resident is engaged in the most appropriate and rewarding interactions. Jacuzzi tub baths are available, hand and foot massages are routine. 10 minutes from Sun City Palm Desert and Shadow Hills, a few blocks from JFK Hospital and doctors offices.
