Providence Down Manor has two sizes of one bedroom apartments along with 16 two-bedroom apartments for independent living. In all, we have 95 apartments with monthly rents starting at $1,323.00 for one person in a c unit 477 square feet.
Our monthly rent includes:
Twenty delicious home style lunch or dinner meals
Additional meals at reasonable cost
Weekly housekeeping, laundry of linen and towels
Cable TV and all utilities (except telephone and private Internet)
WiFi Internet in the Lobby & Library
Scheduled planned activities
Video and book library
Small pets allowed
