Engel Haus at The Gables of Germantown

Thank you for your interest in Capri Senior Communities, where it’s not just your apartment… it’s your HOME!’ The Engel Haus ‘House of Angels’ is the perfect lifestyle choice for seniors who need extra amenities with their activities of daily living. With a 24 hour staff to support you, you will be encouraged to take advantage of the resort-style amenities onsite, as well as the surrounding shopping, dining, and entertainment opportunities.

The Engel Haus has a mix of 48 spacious one and two bedroom apartments to suit your unique needs. Amenities could include walk in closets and showers and private patios or balconies. The full kitchen will give you the choice of preparing your own meals or dining in the onsite dining room. Three meals per day are provided in our dining room and prepared in our kitchen by our Culinary Manager, Toni and her wait staff.

Our one and two bedroom apartments start at $2,050 which includes heat, water, electricity, air conditioning and basic cable. The services vary in price, and will be assessed by our Nurse Lori or Executive Director, Brian.

Individuals who require assisted living services will receive them in the privacy of their apartment. Whether it is assistance with dressing and grooming, housekeeping, linen service, or medication monitoring, our warm and caring staff will deliver the services which will enhance your quality of life and allow you to live independently, with dignity and comfort.

Engel Haus also has extras that make life pleasurable, including a library, hair salon, community room, spa room, store, bank, weekly housekeeping, loads of activities and many other services.
