Garito Manor offers moderately priced unfurnished spacious studio, one and two-bedroom apartments; Garito Manor is a full service senior residence, our array of services include: two (2) meals per day (lunch and dinner), weekly housekeeping, transportation to medical appointments, shopping and local group trips within a 10 mile radius of New Rochelle. We also have recreation activities, exercise programs, computer lounge, on-site laundry facilities, a garden, a library, and emergency call system in each apartment.

Our Annual Income Requirement for one person is Minimum $30,000 Max $46,800 and for two people Minimum $40,000 Max $53,520 No exceptions.
