Grand Villa of DeLand

Grand Villa is a gorgeous assisted living community that is located in sunny DeLand, Volusia County, Florida. Opening in the fall of 2015, residents will be able to enjoy getting in the pool or even going to the community library to get a good book to read. There are barbecue amenities that will be available in the pool area too. There will also be times when live music is provided as entertainment. The accommodations include one bedroom or studio apartments. Also included are daily housekeeping duties such as maintenance and laundry service.

The Grand Villa offers a variety of lifestyle options that include memory care, assisted living and even respite care. They welcome residents who suffer from Alzheimer’s and dementia and the staff is well trained in this area.
