Heritage House Assisted Living is located in Clearwater, Florida and is licensed by the state of Florida Agency for Health Care Administration as an Assisted Living Facility. It is a family owned and operated and a home to 24 senior residents.

Our community lies on a luxurious 2-acres and has its own beauty salon, dining room and various unit types with wheelchair and accessible bathrooms. Home cooked meals are served in a gracious restaurant-like setting which senior residents really enjoyed. We also have a beautiful view in the outdoors where they can relax under the gazebo.

We value the independence of the seniors as much as we value their need for some help with daily activities. We offer and encourage them to attend social engagement, fulfilling and fun activities in a resident-centered environment. Our health care staff is just one call away, they are available 24/7 to assist with bathing, dressing, medications and other wellness and personal care needs.

Our resident-centered care approach individualized care plans. The health care staff meets with the senior’s family before they move in. We create comprehensive and personalized programs for assistance and service based on the senior’s interests, hobbies, needs and wishes. We also offer and assure peace of mind for families and will keep providing quality of life for our senior residents.
