Higley Mansion Care Center

Higley Mansion Care Center is a remarkably, beautiful senior citizen facility located in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Our highly trained staff are available to assist those living in our facility. Our monthly fees include many services to our residents. These services would include furnished bedrooms with emergency call light, full bathroom with emergency call light, 3 home cooked meals a day, medication assistance, daily housekeeping and laundry, wheelchair mobility, 24 hour security, and more. There are additional services as well such as, transportation, guest meals, cable, phone, newspaper, and beauty and barber services that are charged an additional fee. This can be added in to the monthly fee that is set. Here at Higley Mansion Care Center we have the capacity to have 50 residents at one time. Each with their own individual and spacious room. We are known as a home away from home. Our residents can feel at peace living here and knowing that there is constant assistance available to them when needed, day or night. We even allow our residence to bring in their personal belongings or furniture if they do not want to use what is being provided. This way they will definitely feel like our facility is home.
