Hyde Park Health Center – Assisted Living & Memory Care

Hyde Park Health Center is a place for Life. Focusing on the whole person, we provide warm, caring individual attention. One and two-bedroom Assisted Living apartments offer residents all the comforts of home surrounded by cherished personal possessions with the reassurance of knowing any necessary assistance is close at hand. Fine dining, daily housekeeping, and 24-hour on-campus nursing staff eliminates the challenges of living alone. Recreational, spiritual and social activities remind our guests that life is exciting at any age when you live at Hyde Park Health Center.

Our Memory Support care has two unique levels of services: Assisted Living apartments for those with mild cognitive impairment and Nursing Care for more advanced dementia. Quiet rooms, an enclosed courtyard and enriching activities all provide personal dignity and comfort.

HPHC provides a full staff of Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapists for guests needing short-term rehabilitation. Our interdisciplinary teams of nurses, therapists, social workers, and dietitians work with physicians to develop care plans for each patient. Additionally, a resident chaplain and prayer services are always available for hope and healing.
