Keystone Place at Legacy Ridge

Keystone Place offers Independent living, Assisted living and Memory Care apartments. Our community is located on eight acres at the southwest corner of West 112th and Federal Boulevard in a highly desirable neighborhood in Westminster, Colorado. Keystone Place at Legacy Ridge offers 160 apartments on our campus. The community features amenities such as a heated swimming pool, putting green, both indoor and outdoor dining and a pub. The lushly landscaped outdoor areas have benches throughout the courtyard, and patio areas which allow residents to enjoy the panoramic views of the Rocky Mountains.

In our Independent Living, you can choose a 1 bedroom, or a 2 bedroom. No matter which floor plan you choose, your new home will provide spacious living, including a living room, tiled sunroom, deck/balcony, individual temperature control, private bath (2 baths in the 2 bedroom), private bedroom and ample closet space. These apartments are equipped with walk in showers, assistance bars, smoke detectors, carpeting, vinyl flooring, full sized appliances (refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave) in the kitchens, and washer and dryers.

In Assisted Living, you can choose from a 1 bedroom or a 2 bedroom. All of our assisted living apartments feature a kitchenette (with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, sink and cabinets), private bathroom (2 bathrooms in 2 bedroom), living room, tiled sunroom, deck/balcony, individual temperature control, and ample closet space. These apartments are also equipped with walk in showers, assistance bars, smoke detectors, carpeting, and vinyl flooring. And, of course the support and care that our residents require is provided by our Resident Assistants, and nurses on staff.

Our Memory Care provides an ideal environment for our residents with memory impairment. Whether your loved one has a diagnosis of Short Term Memory Loss, Dementia, Alzheimer’s or Cognitive impairment, our care and programming is developed to provide a safe environment for them to continue to thrive and engage to the degree they can. In this safe setting designed to look and feel like home, our residents receive the specialized attention and care they deserve. Our Memory Care is alarmed, and has a lovely courtyard area with raised flower beds, seating areas, sun shades, and the sound of wind chimes. Daily activities and fitness opportunities cater specifically to those with Alzheimer’s and other forms of Memory Loss. We are committed to providing not only the assistance our residents require with Activities of Daily Living, but also working towards providing support of their body, mind and spirit.
