Levy House is a newly renovated, eight-story, apartment building featuring 56 one-bedroom apartments. The building is specifically designed for older adults age 55 and older who are able to care for themselves. All apartments have air-conditioning units and handicapped-accessible kitchens and baths. In addition, the building features two elevators, first floor community, exercise, activity and laundry rooms, access to the beach and an on-site management office. Additional services such as transportation, housekeeping and home-delivered meals are available through CJE SeniorLife.
Conveniently located east of Sheridan Road, Levy House is steps from beautiful Lake Michigan. The building offers its residents easy access to public transportation, including major bus lines and ‘L’ station, as well as regularly scheduled on- and off-site cultural, educational and social programs.
