Madison Heights Senior Community

Madison Heights Senior Community is a memory care home creatively designed to meet the challenges of Alzheimer’s and other related dementia diagnosis in a residential setting. Our homes and staff help residents enjoy and savor their individuality,even as they and their loved ones cope with memory loss. Madison Heights Senior Community is home to our residents and peace of mind for their loved ones. Our Community has three home like facilities on the same campus. Each home has 16 private rooms for residents with different stages of dementia/Alzheimer’s (beginning, moderate, severe) to better assist each resident with their specific level of care needs. We work with hospice and home health when approppriate to ensure a comfortable and safe environment for every type of need. We accept all different types of payment such as Private pay VA, Care Wisconsin, COP and other county/government based assistance

Madison Heights provides on-site nursing services, physical, occupational and speech therapy. Through a regular visiting physician and psychiatrist we provide extensive medical treatment on-site.
