Oak Grove Manor

Since 1984, Oak Grove Manor has continued to provide the best quality and professional care to members of our aging community. We offer 24-hour care to residents who require supervision and assistance with activities of daily living, including those who require memory care. With one flat monthly rate, we provide medication management, three meals per day including snacks, laundry, and housekeeping services at no extra charge. All rooms already come fully furnished but you can always bring your own from home. Our goal is to make your experience with us enjoyable and simple so that you can have the most time with your loved one.

Our home is designed to provide a small community of only 20 residents with the most possible individualized care, while being nestled in a bed and breakfast style setting. Our staff get to know each resident on a personal level in order to meet all their needs. And as their care needs increase we make accommodations with local providers such as home health and hospice so they can continue their stay with us.

Nestled in the solitude and atmosphere of the country, many people come to our home due to our location. We are situated between Staunton, Waynesboro, and Fishersville; so we are always a short drive from doctors offices, emergency services, and local shopping. Those coming from larger cities in northern Virginia and Charlottesville find us the most affordable and best suited to care for their loved one.
