Old Main Village
Old Main Village Senior Living is a part the former Mankato State campus, which was converted into gracious senior living in 1988. We are centrally located in downtown Mankato.
We have 73 apartments, each completely unique, with a full kitchen, beautiful tall windows and additional storage space within the apartment. We have studio, 1 bedroom, 1 bedroom plus den and 2 bedroom apartments. We have variety of sizes in the 1 and 2 bedroom apartments.
Our special amenities include chef-prepared meals, 24 hour nursing staff, heated indoor swimming pool and hot tub, and our wonderful Life Enrichment programs.
Old Main Village prides itself on being an Aging in Place community. This means that as our residents’ needs increase, a move does not need to made. Our wonderful care team brings Assisted Living services to the individual apartments. We are very accommodating to needs whatever they may be.
Residents may reserve our Club Room, Private Dining Room and pool area for personal functions.
