Every situation is different and this uniqueness means that the needs of the individual will also be unique. Here, at Pacific Gardens Alzheimer’s Care Center, we completely understand. Because of this, we offer long term care or short-term respite care to the resident and the resident’s caregiver(s).

Our great memory community was designed for our residents and family members in mind. Pacific Gardens was built to offer numerous small living and group setting areas for residents and families. To do that is was constructed like a 4-Plex with four households (neighborhoods) linked by a great room. Each household has 10 private or shared rooms that include a full bathroom in each room. Most rooms have a great view of outdoor garden area. The four households also have their own dining and family room, which encourages residents to engage each other in a quieter, less hectic atmosphere. The households are connected to a large great room where many activities and gatherings occur. This design offers numerous smaller living and group setting areas for residents and families. it also offers nice walking areas as residents can go to each household, into the great room or outside to the secured garden area. The large garden area which countless people think is the best back yard in Portland attract many memory care residents who love the outdoors, the forest, and love walking around the endless paths of our huge secure outdoor area or just sitting and watching the birds and squirrel’s play.
