Pacifica Senior Living Hemet

Pacifica Hemet offers assisted living and memory care in the heart of the Island Empire. With small-town appeal and lovely views of the San Bernardino Mountains, we are the perfect place to call home. We are just an hour from the Pacific Ocean, where we occasionally go to spend a day at the beach.

Our community offers a very different lifestyle than most assisted living and memory care communities. Residents live in one of six cottages, each with 15 apartments. Four of the cottages are reserved for our assisted living residents, and the remaining two for memory care residents. Each cottage is much like a home where residents eat together in the cottage dining room and relax by the fireplace in the living area.

Stroll along the walking trails connecting each cottage and the entire community, practice putting on the putting green or relax in an outdoor rocking chair and socialize with friends, at Pacifica Hemet there is something for everyone to enjoy. We offer a variety of activities and amenities, including:

Our community is actively involved with the local Alzheimer’s Association. We sponsor a support group every month welcome to staff, family members and anyone from the community struggling with a loved one who has a memory impairment. In addition, we participate in the annual Memory walk to raise money for Alzheimer’s research.
