Parkview Assisted Living

Parkview opened in Fairbank in 2004. Fairbank is a small community that has everything that bigger communities offer without the hassel or cost. Fairbank offers a grocery store with deli, bank, post office, gas station, as well as several churches and parks. We are close enough to Oelwein which has a local hospital and department stores.
Parkview has an incredibly low turn over rate in staff, which tells you that our staff are here because they care about the residents and are a part of our overall family. Parkview received a deficiency free rating from state, meaning that when we were audited by the ‘powers that be’ they found us to be in complete compliance with every state and federal regulation.
Parkview is fortunate enough to be owned by shareholders in the community rather than a larger coorporation. When a facility is owned by a larger cooperation, people uninvolved make decisions. Parkview makes decisions and provides cares specific to the residents that we are serving, allowing us the ability to make it a more family type atmosphere.
