Plaza at Clover Lake

Plaza at Clover Lake is an assisted living community located in Carmel, NY. The city of Carmel is located in Putnam County and home to just over 34,000 people. Carmel is a small waterfront community with a golf course, library, shops and restaurants, where residents can go out for lunch, go shopping and catch a movie, or relax in our community.
