P leasant Woods facility was started out of the need to provide quality healthcare services to residents who qualify for community and home-based services in a less restrictive environment.
W e are located in Baltimore County, inside of Beltway I – 695. We are close to parks, shopping malls, and a variety of churches.
O ur facility is certified by the Maryland State Department of Health and Mental Hygiene. Pleasant Woods is Medicaid Waiver Approved.
