Provision Living at Columbia

Provision Living at Columbia is a premier assisted living and memory care community located just off Chapel Hill Road in a quiet neighborhood with shopping and dining establishments nearby. Our community is nestled on 11 acres of landscaped grounds and is within walking distance of Twin Lakes park, a favorite spot for fishing enthusiasts and nature lovers.

Provision Living at Columbia just opened in October 2015 which means all of our private apartments and common areas are beautiful, spacious and new. We designed our community to feel elegant and welcoming in all areas. However, what Provision Living is becoming most well known for is the quality of care and vibrant, caring community that we provide our residents. We are the only Assisted Living community in Columbia that has nurses on staff 24 hours a day. Our person centered approach is what allows us to build meaningful experiences and relationships with every resident.

Every resident has a personalized plan of care to help them live as independently as possible with the supports and discreet assistance they need to live their best life possible. Residents get chef prepared meals, a wide variety of unique activities on and off site, housekeeping, laundry, free transportation, fitness center, on site physical and occupational therapy, salon services and nurses available 24/7 to provide assistance with activities of daily living. We have an emergency response system in every apartment.

Our secure Memory Care neighborhood is state of the art with large private apartments, enclosed walking path and garden to enjoy the woods and nature, individualized and group activities, daily exercise class, baking, music and more.

From our leadership group, which has over fifty years of combined experience in caring for seniors, to our associates and volunteers, the Provision Living at Columbia team serves collectively with a sense of spirit and purpose. Team members turn their upbeat attitudes into positive action with small gestures like singing to residents on their birthdays or spending some extra time with a resident who is feeling down. It is also worth noting that our entire team has received memory care training from the St. Louis chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association.

We are the only assisted living community in Columbia, MO that is zoned residential, which means residents and their families will not experience the noise and congestion of busy roads and highways.
