Residence at Grand Mesa

From the very first day of our grand opening in June 2001 we have been dedicated to a ‘Philosophy of Caring.’ We strive to provide a nurturing environment which encourages the continued independence of our residents while providing a full range of supportive services. A wide array of activities have been implemented to stimulate mind, body and spirit. We also offer a choice of customized services designed to provide assistance in maintaining a dignified and meaningful life experience.

The cornerstone of our community is a staff that is genuinely concerned and involved in the lives of our residents. Talented individuals who possess a true spirit of caring and concern for the elderly. When you look closely, you will find every aspect of The Residence at Grand Mesa has been created to encourage and assure a fulfilling lifestyle for seniors.

We are located a short distance from the newly renovated down town, a few miles from the Colorado National Monument, as well as a mere forty five minutes from the largest flat top mountain in the world – The Grand Mesa. Just a few more miles down the interstate is Palisade, famous for the most delicious peaches and miles of well established vineyards. The Residence at Grand Mesa, rests in a beautiful valley surrounded by The Bookclifts, Colorado National Monument and The Grand Mesa, all visible from our spacious grounds.

We have activities daily, which include Wii Bowling for the ladies on Tuesday morning and Thursday morning for the men. Daily exercise classes and Bingo every Tuesday and Thursday afternoons are favorites. Throughout the month we have local entertainers for the delight of our residents. We also provide transportation for our residents to go shopping at various stores close to our facility. The Residence at Grand Mesa is in a neighborhood setting with physician’s offices and hospitals close by.

The Residence at Grand Mesa offers the benefits of quality assisted living to seniors of all income levels in a beautiful residential setting, a single story building, no elevators or stairs, with a beautiful enclosed patio and gazebo. We believe every senior should have the option to maintain independence and dignity in an environment of their choosing.
