Senior Retreat at Park Crossing

Senior Retreat at Park Crossing is a gorgeous 3,300 square foot ranch home in the Park Crossing Neighborhood near CMC Pineville in South Charlotte. The house has 6 Private Bedrooms and 4 Full Bathrooms. Our monthly rates cover the monthly rent/room, all utilities (including house phone/internet), 3 meals and 2 snacks per day, housekeeping, cooking, linen service, personal care and med disbursements. You can either move in and use our furniture or move in with your own. The house itself is on a Cul-De-Sac street adjacent to a Greenery and within 1 mile of CMC Pineville (hospital) and adjacent Medical Office Park. We have both an outdoor deck, a large backyard, and a Large Covered Back Porch that overseas both.
