Seven Lakes Assisted Living and Memory Care is a community located in West End, NC. We are a proud member of the Affinity Living Group. Here at Seven Lakes we provide 24 hour personal care aid for the needs of those who require assisted living and offer a memory care secured wing as well. Our all inclusive rates include a state approved menu of three meals and three snacks per day, laundry, housekeeping, personal hygiene, medicine management, social activities and pet therapy. The staff goes through a state approved training program as well as hands on training. We received a Deficiency Free rating in from the State Survey in January 2017. When you come through our doors we want you to feel you have found a home away from home for your loved one. We are a family. If you are unable to be here you can rest easy knowing your family member has people that love and care for them surrounding them everyday all day.
